He currently serves as the district director for US Congressman Kevin Brady — our hometown congressman. Brandon is married to the love of his life, Jessica Hart, whom he met while she was at the US Department of Justice for President Donald Trump.

Brandon has over 25 years of government relations experience working in the public and private sector. His experience includes more than 10 years as a legislative staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives and 7 years serving as State Director of the Texas Office of State-Federal Relations under Governor Rick Perry.

Earlier in his career, Brandon headed government and external relations for the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport for 5 years. Politically, Brandon has been active with the Republican Party since being captivated by President Ronald Reagan back in his early childhood. Faith in God, free enterprise, limited government, and pro-life issues were the roots of his conservative values. Walking door to door, stuffing envelopes, and manning the phones for countless campaigns was his favorite hobby in his younger and college years. He also helped found the first known Conroe High School Republican Club in 1987 as a freshman.

As he got older, Brandon was honored to serve many times as a delegate at the Precinct and Senatorial District conventions in Montgomery County as well as the Texas GOP State convention. He has been supportive of the Texas Right to Life Committee, Lone Survivor Foundation, Yes to Youth, Texas Home School Foundation, Woodlands Firefighter Foundation, CASA of Montgomery County, Montgomery County Republican Party and Tea Party, Montgomery County Pachyderms, is a member of the Conroe Noon Lions Club, is a lifetime member of the Montgomery County Fair Association, is a 2021 graduate of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Citizens Academy, and is a current class member of Leadership Montgomery County.

Additionally, he is a graduate of both the Texas Governor’s Executive Development Program and the Texas Fiscal Officers’ Academy. Brandon has also received a Governor’s Citation for his past hurricane recovery efforts and was commissioned as an Admiral in the Texas Navy.
